At the age of 10 years, looking at my school progress card, my father told me, "Good is not good where better is expected. "After that, nothing satisfied me, it was never good enough for me. My father ,an IAS officer, and a firm believer that success comes through honesty and hard work and my mother whose unshakable faith in God made her walk through the tough time in life with calmness and serenity gave me strength, motivation and purpose to succeed in whatever I do in life.

After graduating from IIT Kharagpur, like any young man I too opted for a career out of the country and worked in Europe for Fortune 50 Companies. Sudden ill health of my father brought me back to India. The lull gave me an opportunity to refleet back and realize that as an Indian and technocrat I should create wealth for my country and not for others .And so the seed were laid for Srisol Group.

In a short span of 10 years, Srisol not only holds numerous patents but also takes up turnkey projects in the regulatory compliance domain. A star Export House recognized by the Government of India with a full fledged manufacturing facility in Special Economic Zone Noida, Srisol is well regarded as a producer of many global firsts in the specialty chemicals field. Srisol Research Foundation-a recognized scientific industrial research organization certified by the Government of India houses more than 26 full time PhDs and is regarded as one of the best labs for the food and beverage innovations and quality protocol including reverse engineering.

For me every day is a new beginning, a new horizon to scale/capture, realization that "people dream and ask why, we should dream and ask why not!!"
