- Introduce Post-combustion controls: Introduce the newest end-of-pipe measures to reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides, sulphur dioxide, and particulate matter at power stations and in large-scale industry.
- Improve Industrial emission standards: Introducing the advanced emissions standards in the industries, e.g.,iron and steel plants, chemical industry cement factories, glass production etc.
- Improve Emission standards for road vehicles: Strengthen all the emissions standards and also special focus on regulation of light- and heavy-duty diesel vehicles.
- Vehicle inspection and maintenance: Enforce the mandatory checks and also repairs for vehicles.
- Dust control: Suppress the construction work and road dust; also increase green areas.
