Fissure: When you pass hard or large stool during the bowel movement it may happen it affects the anus and a thin, moist tissue may lines the anus because of the scratch. Then it is called Fissure. It can cause pain and sometimes bleeding too.

Symptoms may include like itching or pain while passing stools, with stools blood line might come up, the blood line may come up with tissue paper also and the pain sometimes is so bad that you can’t even sit or walk properly

Fistula: It is an abnormal channel or crack from the inner side of Anus to the outside skin of anus from where fast discharge happens and also sometimes blood comes out.

Symptoms may include like thumbing pain, irritation, fast discharge with foul smell, blood may also come out, wetting of under wares because of the discharge. In some cases fever may also come with chill.

Piles: When the tissues, blood vessels of lower rectum gets inflamed then it can be Piles. There are three types of piles- internal piles, external piles, intro external piles. And another piles is bleeding piles.

It can be four types also depending its position. First grade is like when the piles doesn’t come out while passing the tool. Second grade is when the piles does come out but it got back to their position. Third grade is like when the piles come out and you need to put it back to its position. Fourth grade is when piles is permanently outside of the anus.

Generally people do notice constipation, can’t pass tool properly but generally bleeding doesn’t come out. There is a special case of bleeding piles when the blood comes out rapidly.

By this all symptoms you can understand if you are having piles or not.
