कुछ दिन पहले मैं फेसबुक पर पोस्ट्स देख रहा था तभी में सोनालीसा मिश्रा मैडम का एक पोस्ट देखा जिसमें उन्होंने अपने जिंदगी की काफी अच्छी और मोटिवेशन भरी बातें शेयर की थी वो मैं आप लोगो के साथ शेयर करना चाहता हूँ इसको पढ़के आपको अच्छा लगेगा !

प्यारे दोस्तों, आप सभी को मेरा प्यार भरा नमस्कार। मैं सोनालीसा मिश्र ! , एक गायिका हूँ और उड़ीसा की रहने वाली हूँ।पिछले कई सालों से मैं अपने परिवार के साथ ब्रिस्बेन (ऑस्ट्रेलिया )में रह रही हूँ। मैंने शास्त्रीय संगीत और शास्त्रीय नृत्य (ओडिसी) सीखा है।हर दिन मैं दो घंटे का रियाज करती हूँ ! इससे मुझे आत्म संतुष्टि मिलती है।मैं अपने आपको परमात्मा के साथ पाती हूँ। मेरे जीवन का उद्देश्य लोगों को अच्छा संगीत सुनना है,इससेमुझे ख़ुशी मिलती है।
पिछले दिसंबर के दौरान एक प्रतियोगिता के सिलसिले में मैं अमेरिका गई थी। मैंने ऑस्ट्रेलिया का आइकन जीता, वापसी में मैंने देखा हांगकांग में सबको मास्क  पहने हुए । बड़ी मुश्किलों से ऑस्ट्रेलिया पहुँचे और राहत की साँस ली।जी हाँ दोस्तों कोरोना वायरस हांगकांग में फैल चुका था। मेरी माँ के घरेलू नुस्ख़े और योगा सेमुझे कुछ नहीं हुआ । शुद्ध शाकाहारी भोजन और गर्म पानी ने मेरा ख़ूब साथ दिया। इसी दौरान मेरी मुलाक़ात विरलजी से सामाजिक माध्यम सोशल मीडिया में हुई।उन्होंने मेरी आवाज़ मेरेयूट्यूब चैनलपर,इंस्टाग्राम पर और मेरेफ़ेसबुकपेज परसुना था। उन्होंने मुझे अपने कुछ कम्पोजीशन सुनाए और उन्हें गाने का ऑफ़र दिया। इतने सुंदर गाने थे कि मैं उन्हें मना नहींकरपाई।उनकी साथ में एक एल्बम करने जा रही हूँ जिसका नाम है “प्यार हो गया”। किसी ने ख़ूब कहा है मन में चाह हो और ऊपर वाले पे भरोसा तो राह अपने बनती जाती है।”प्यार हो गया”मेरा पहला एल्बम है और मेरे दिल के क़रीब भी,आशा करती हूँ मेरा और विरलजी का काम आप सभी को पसंद आएगा।दोस्त लॉकडाउन का समय मैंने बड़े मज़े से काटा।मुझे रियाज़ करने का समय मिला और विरलजी ने मेरा मार्गदर्शन किया। लॉकडाउन में कई चीज़ेंसीखनेको मिली और ज़िंदगी को अलग नज़रिए सेदेखने का अवसर मिला। छोटी छोटी चीज़ों मैं ख़ुश रहना,योगा करना,परिवारकोसमयदेना,माँ सेघरेलू नुस्ख़ेसीखना औरदोस्तोंके साथ बचपनयाद करना । ज़िंदगी में और क्या चाहिए दोस्तों।अपना ख़याल रखें और ख़ुश रहें।
